Positive: The Chateau is stunning in location and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were very attentive. Beautiful gardens and surrounds. Public were kept separate from guest areas.

Positive: Location for visiting lake Louise and visiting Lake Moraine especially when taking the shuttle which requires extra payments
Negative: Very large hotel. Our room was on 6th floor. We had poor instructions how to get to 6th floor. Not sure if there was a direct lift to get to 6th floor. We had to go to 5th floor then walk down the corridor to use another lift. Found it very annoying. Only one restaurant the serves good vegetarian food. Limited complementary tea and coffee. Could request more.
Summary: Excellent hotel. Very expensive.good breakfast which Ifeel should have been included in the price as we payed £1200 for

Positive: Location is fantastic for a view of lake Louise Staff were welcoming and friendly Food in the Lake View was great!!! Room was very clean
Negative: We paid around $2000 for a 1 night stay in a lake view. Room and bathroom were tiny - looked lovely before we put our cases in there Although you could see through a Fly Screen covers the whole window which I believe others removed we didn’t. See photo of one someone put outside their room Shower had no pressure. Our coffee Machine and Kettle both stopped working. Tv only seemed to work using my Netflix It wasn’t clear how you call reception - I ended up messaging them in the end they came back and said they would replace the machines unfortunately by that time - we just wanted to go to bed I wish I had read the reviews before staying

Positive: There was a guest only play room/living room on the 3rd floor, having a cup of teas and coffee and waiting for the room ready. The hotel was the lake louise. The front desk staff was friendly.
Negative: The lake view room I was assigned was partially restricted due to wall on the left. It was not fully lake view throughout the window.

Positive: Such a fabulous location, a very special place to stay but obviously comes with a price. Amazing view of the lake from our room. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Make sure to book their trip to Lake Moraine.
Negative: It would have been great to be able to take photographs of the view from our room but the windows were all covered in screens.

Positive: The view of the lake is spectacular. Rooms are extremely clean, beds are so comfortable. All staff members are welcoming, attentive and look after your every need. We ate dinner at the Lakeview Restaurant and the food was delicious.
